SECTION 1 – How do we collect and use your information?
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, address, and email address. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by 365 Printing Inc will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
SECTION 2 – How do we acquire your consent, and how can you withdraw your consent?
When you provide us your personal information to complete a transaction such as verifying your credit card number or inputting your address, we imply that you consent to us collecting your personal information to complete that specific transaction. If we want to use your information for any other reason such as email subscription, you will have the option to decline our offer.
If you change your mind after you agree to receive our promotional emails, you may opt-out from our mailing list simply by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
SECTION 3 – Disclosure
Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so to the appropriate lawful authorities.
SECTION 4 – Third Party Services
In general, the third-party service providers we associate with will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors like Paypal have their own privacy policies that we must follow in respect for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
SECTION 5 – Security
We are committed to protecting your personal information and will constantly review our system and data to ensure that your information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Our payment gateway is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information will be deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS and are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council that help ensure the secure handling of your credit card information by our store and its service providers.
However, while we put our effort in securing your privacy, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and you agree not to hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our negligence. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
